Sandpit Play
This activity idea will keep little hands busy for hours!
What you need:
- Plastic pipes or drain cut offs (make sure the edges are smooth and won’t hurt little fingers)
- Sandpit
- Toy cars
Bury a plastic pipe in the sandpit so kids can race cars/trucks through a tunnel. You can be as creatice as you like, why not burry a couple of pipes on an angle and have races? Or add some stones to build a road, branches as trees or even introduce containers filled with water as lakes!
Tip:
Only use short pieces of pipe that an adult’s arm can reach through in case of emergency car stranding.
