Who can resist cute handprint and footprint artwork?
Using our printable (below), paint your little one’s foot to stamp their footprint onto. Or you could make it even more personal by using dad’s actual shoe imprint!
West Byford & Bridgetown Playgroups did something similar to this last year.
This gorgeous poem which the families at Landsdale Gardens Playgroup used is also a great idea.
The families at Success Playgroup had a great time making this awesome rocketship artwork.
Busselton Playgroup did this craft and it’s sweet and simple!
Or how about this gorgeous activity the families at Landsdale Gardens Playgroup did together?
A classic activity that is always a hit with parents. Using a plain white mug and acrylic paint, your little one will have a great time decorating their mugs. We love these ones from Little Wombats Playgroup where they taped the words “DAD” which they peeled off once the paint dried for a nice touch!
For our playgroup families, why not host a special event or morning tea and invite the special men in your lives?
We especially love what Beverley Playgroup did last year where they put on a fun craft that each child and dad had to complete together. This particular activity involved hammering bottle lids onto logs and sticking materials such as pipe cleaners and yarn to make a cool log face!
How cute is this handmade activity from Wanneroo Playgroup? They supplied all the items and asked parents and children to choose one activity to make together.
Salt dough creations are always a fun activity to do with little ones. The little ones at Toodyay Playgroup created these fantastic hand/footprint masterpieces which make a sweet gift.
