Beetles on a Log
Make snack time fun and healthy with an added crunch!
What you need:
- celery sticks
- tablespoons cream cheese
- sultanas
Wash the celery sticks and pat them dry with paper towels. Using a small vegetable knife trim the ends of the celery. Using a knife, fill the celery sticks with cream cheese. Cut each of of the filled celery sticks into logs about 5cm long, arrange the celery logs on a plate and top with sultanas (beetles) to serve.
