Bottle Aquarium
Young babies will enjoy the watching the items move through the water, for those already crawling they will have fun rolling the bottle around.
What you need:
- Large plastic cool drink bottle
- Kitchen sponges
- Thin chux kitchen clothes
- Water
- Blue food colouring
- Glitter
- Electrical tape
- Scissors
Cut out some fish shapes from the sponges and push them into the bottle. Cut the chux clothes into strips and add to the bottle, this will become seaweed. Next fill the bottle about half full with water and add a few drops of blue food colouring. Let the children watch as the water changes colour. Add a little glitter to the bottle to make it sparkle then top up with water. Secure the lid with electrical tape.
