Rocking Bird
This bird is really cute and super easy.
What you need:
- A paper plate
- Some feathers
- Coloured card
- Pens for decoration
To make your bird start by folding a paper plate in half. Then stick some feathers to both sides to make wings. You can create a beak by sticking a triangle shaped piece of paper to the inside of the plate near the fold. All that’s left is to decorate your bird with felt tip pens and draw on some eye.
Why not collect the feathers on a nature walk? You could also look for different birds in your garden or listen to the different sounds they make.
