It’s that time of year when many incorporated playgroups are planning their Annual General Meeting (AGM). Of course for smaller groups it’s still a good idea to have an end of year meeting to finish the year and to prepare and plan for the next 12 months!

When setting the date of your AGM, read through your playgroup constitution (if you have one) to see if it states any specific requirements regarding notice of the meeting. It’s a good idea to give plenty of advance warning to make sure that everyone in the playgroup knows about it and has the opportunity to attend.
